Individual Therapy (short or long-term) : Starts from £65 per session (50 minutes).
Cancellation notice for a session : 24 hours.

I offer long-term and short-term counselling.
The first session is mostly an opportunity for you to see whether I am someone you feel comfortable with and would like to work with.
After the initial session, if we agree that counselling would be appropriate and potentially helpful, we will meet regularly for 50 minutes each week. Sessions take place on the same day, at the same time, once a week. My recommendation is to start as six renewals each, but this does not apply if you prefer to do one at a time.
Concession
£45 per session (50 minutes). Sessions can be offered to a limited number of clients at a reduced rate (daytime sessions only).
These sessions are suitable for trainee counsellors and those who just cannot afford to pay the full fee.
