What is Hypnotherapy?

Hypnotherapy is a method of therapeutic intervention using a very comfortable and deeply relaxed state of consciousness.

  1. Have the right skills in place
  2. The client’s aspirations
  3. Have confidence in the therapist

The above three points, and removing tension to relax will help become more receptive and effective.

The reaction to entering hypnosis varies from person to person.
However, almost anyone can enter this state.

One of the features of our work is that we use a symptom-based approach.
For example, it is not possible to treat insomnia and smoking cessation in one session.

  1. Giving a break to the constant thought process
  2. Working on your deeper mind
  3. Getting messages from your unconscious
  4. Using more of your five senses

With these steps in mind, the therapy uses visualisation, imagery and relaxation techniques.

Whether you want to improve your performance on stage or in sport, the above process will help you.
This can be applied to the ideal image of the person you want to be.

Physiological treatment with relaxation

Hypnotherapy is usually carried out with relaxation.

This is not only to increase receptivity, but also
to promote a harmonious state of autonomic nervous system and hormones.

This facilitates a mind-body exchange.
It is possible to work directly on bodily reactions and sensations which are difficult to achieve in the normal state of consciousness.

For example, when you have a toothache, the dentist may give you an anaesthetic before the treatment.
Hypnotherapy can help you relax and have dental treatment, if you are afraid of injections.

Hypnotherapy is also a popular method of pain relief during childbirth.

Being unconscious can be a worrying and misleading experience, but you will always be aware of what is happening.
