What is Hypnotherapy?

One of the features of our work is that we use a symptom-based approach.
For example, it is not possible to treat insomnia and smoking cessation in one session.

Physiological treatment with relaxation

Hypnotherapy is usually carried out with relaxation.

This is not only to increase receptivity, but also
to promote a harmonious state of autonomic nervous system and hormones.

This facilitates a mind-body exchange.
It is possible to work directly on bodily reactions and sensations which are difficult to achieve in the normal state of consciousness.

For example, when you have a toothache, the dentist may give you an anaesthetic before the treatment.
Hypnotherapy can help you relax and have dental treatment, if you are afraid of injections.
